RAIN

          When the rain comes

                 every body knows .....

             Grey clouds , sound of thunder .....

                            When the drops falls on the earth

                          A fragrance is filled in the air

                                   fresh , soft and seductive

                                           feel's so romatic .......

                                     when the drops fall's on me

                                           gets into my soul

                                    feel's so cool............

                             when the rain comes

                                        I  love to walk ....

                                drops on my hair looks like

                                           small crystal ball's 

                                                  Ball's everywhere........

                                       when the drops fall's on

                                                                   plants and flowers

                                       All glows  with freshness..........

                                    hope the rain comes ..........

On 28th April PM Manmohan Singh inagurated a National meeting on SAVING GIRL CHILD ' With concern he described the decline in sex ratio is National shame,andFemale Foeticide is inhuman and uncivillised pratices .According to health minister the heart of the problem is deep -roote prejudices and value system based on son preferences. A newspaper article says India loses 9 lakh girls in a year  SHOCKNG ! . The  people are not able to understand the consequences with this ,the state Haryana is already paying the price. Sex ratio is 813 girls per 1000 boys [2001 census ], 60% of men are un-married in a village there ,the men are getting married to girls from other states like KERALA, ANDHRA.P , BHIAR etc .we have double standards  to wards every thing one side we worship goddess and other side we kill girl child. According to new study by UNFPA says sex ratio imbalances leads to far- reaching imbalances in the society . the problem can be only solved by creatin strong social awarness and harsh punishments and also by removing biases against woman and girls.

             For the world , when seen through GIRLS eyes ,

My best memories are my childhood years ,they were spent at Nagaland. Its mostly hillyareas there i studied at Little flower school ,a christian school with church  ,me and my friends were  regular at church,   i can't forget the  feeling of calmness i felt  inside the church,life at nagaland was like trekking ,still remember climbing 32 steps and long walks to reach the school  and horrible during rainy season . still it was fun , the climate is  cool almost  the year ,no need of fridge, fan .belive it ! i had my first taste of  icecream  at delhi .our vacation at Nagaland was during month of december ,christmas and newyear  is the main festival .there people are very friendly and always ready to help,their viewpoint about life is eat,drink and enjoy .But my joy was short  as my dad got transferred and  we had to  move to delhi .still i can't forget my years  at nagaland ,AN unforgettable memories for me
